Two cypherpunks met through one of these abandoned NFT projects.

They began to work together on a gaming community called the NIPD.

It was mostly a meme, but the founders had an interest in cultivating ethical practices within Web3, like the peace officers they presented themselves as.

The gaming community was meant to stand in for the founders' lack of participation in tactics to prevent missed opportunities.

They planned to continue to fill in for the NFT project's lack of shared vision with the community.

When the two met in person at NFT NYC, they began to work on an early iteration of NND.

The idea expanded into a full experience and cultural shift that encompasses all of Web3.

NFTs Not Dead (NND) is a community of artists, collectors, builders, developers, and curious onlookers that seeks to improve the Web3 landscape.
